How do I place an order?

1. You have to go on Shop page on this website
2. You must choose the products that you want and the model and then select "add to cart"
3. A new page with the summary of you order will open and you have to select "view cart"
4. The page of your checkout will open, you have to select "checkout" and your method of payment (debit/credit cards)

You can add products to cart by selecting "continue shopping".

You can remove a product from your cart selecting "x".

When you do the Checkout you must choose your payment method.

You can pay with:

2. Debit cards: VISA e MasterCard

When you do the Checkout, you must insert your personal data and your shipping address.

We ship worldwide except Russia and Ukraine and the shipping is free for all countries.

DHL Express Shipping time:

• Within Europe: 1/2 working day
• To USA: 2/3 working days
• All remaining countries: 3/4 working days

Processing time:

Once the purchase is made, it is dispatched within 24 hours of the order date (if the order is made on Friday, it will be sent on Monday).

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product.

1. To be eligible for a return, your purchased items must be unused and in the same condition you received it and with the packaging it was sent in.
2. All return requests must be placed within 14 days of the arrival date.
3. We will send you a DHL return label and you can schedule the pickup.

Refunds:

You will be notified as soon as we receive the item you returned.
After reviewing the request and the conditions of the item we will be sending you our reply. The review phase includes an inspection of the item based on the conditions mentioned hereinabove. Shortly after, a duration that shall not exceed 3 days of the receipt of the returned item, we will let you know if your return is approved or denied, based on our inspection process. Once your request is approved, we will proceed with the refund immediately following the same payment method used. The cost of the return will be deducted from the amount paid to purchase the glasses. You will receive the agreed refund within 14 days.
