Delirious Eyewear is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your eyewear purchase. We understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange your frames for a different style or model. Below is our detailed exchange and return policy designed to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind.
Refund Policy
After reviewing the request and the conditions of the item we will be sending you our reply. The review phase includes an inspection of the item based on the conditions mentioned hereinabove. Shortly after, a duration that shall not exceed 3 days of the receipt of the returned item, we will let you know if your return is approved or denied, based on our inspection process. Once your request is approved, we will proceed with the refund immediately following the same payment method used. The cost of the return will be deducted from the amount paid to purchase the glasses. You will receive the agreed refund within 14 days.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange process is simple and customer-friendly: If you wish to exchange your eyewear for a different model, simply return your purchased frames to Delirious Eyewear. Upon receiving your returned eyewear, our team will inspect the items to ensure they are in their original condition without any damage. Once we verify that the returned frames are in acceptable condition, we will ship your newly selected eyewear to you. Both shipping costs—returning your original frames to us and sending your new selection to you—are covered by Delirious Eyewear at no additional charge to you.
Return Policy
If you find that the exchanged eyewear still doesn't meet your expectations: You may return the exchanged frames to Delirious Eyewear. For this second return, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. After we receive and inspect the returned eyewear, Delirious Eyewear will issue a store credit for the original purchase amount. This store credit will have no expiration date and can be used for any future purchase from Delirious Eyewear.
Important Notes
All returned eyewear must be in their original condition, free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Please ensure all original packaging, cases, and accessories are included with your return.
